What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit our website, enquire about our services, or work with us as a client or supplier.
It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of our clients. Where we manage advertising, CRM systems or patient communications for a dental practice, that practice is the data controller and we act as a data processor under a separate agreement. The above, plus your selected appointment time and any information you provide when booking.
When you request an audit or download a resource
Name, practice name, email address, website address, and any account access you choose to grant us on a read-only basis.
When you become a client
Business contact details, billing information, bank details for payment, access credentials for advertising and analytics platforms, and business performance data you share with us.
When you visit the website
