A team of 12, based in Manchester, working only with dental practices. If you’d rather go deep on one sector than wide across ten, you’ll like it here.
The Bigger Brand is a dental marketing agency based in Manchester, with a team of 12 across paid advertising, SEO, web design, video production, editing, social media and operations. We work only with dental practices, across the UK and Ireland, and deliver all work in-house. Current openings cover paid advertising, graphic design, video editing, social media, videography and marketing administration.
We’re a small team, so you’re never buried under layers of management, and decisions get made quickly.
You talk to clients yourself, with no account handlers in between. Some weeks you’ll be out at dental practices with a camera, and you’ll learn more about implants and case acceptance than you ever expected to find interesting.
We turn work down if we can’t add real value. That means fewer accounts, proper working relationships and no pressure to defend a retainer that isn’t earning its keep. When a campaign isn’t working, we say so, so you’ll never have to pretend otherwise.
Hybrid working with one or two office days a month, good equipment, and a training budget that actually gets spent.
Running Meta and Google campaigns for dental practices, from build and optimisation to the monthly client call. You'll own your accounts rather than carry out someone else's plan. It suits someone with two or more years in paid media who wants to go deep on one sector rather than wide across ten. Dental experience is useful, not essential.
Ad creative, social assets, landing pages, print for practices and brand work for the agency. The volume is high, turnaround is fast and you'll have a real say in how things look. It suits a designer who wants their work out in the world rather than sitting in a portfolio. Motion skills welcome.
The person who keeps a team of 12 organised. You'll schedule shoots, manage assets, prepare reports, chase approvals and keep client projects moving. It suits someone highly organised who wants to learn marketing properly, from inside an agency rather than from a course.
Everything we film goes through editing: short-form vertical video for social and ads, and longer practice films and patient stories for websites and YouTube. You'll cut the same footage into dozens of formats and make each one work. You'll need Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and a good ear for pacing.
Running content calendars for several dental practices, each with its own voice. You'll write captions, plan shoots, manage communities and report on what actually drove enquiries. It suits someone who can sound like ten different practices, and never like an agency.
On the road and in practices, filming teams, treatments and patient stories, and shooting stills for websites, ads and social alongside the video. A drone qualification is welcome. You'll need a full driving licence, the confidence to put nervous people at ease on camera, and the patience to get a dentist to relax.
Send your CV and a short note on why dental marketing interests you. Design, video and social roles should include a portfolio or showreel.
You get to know one sector properly. The same treatments, regulations and patient behaviours come up across every client, so you build real depth quickly. At The Bigger Brand that means understanding treatment types, GDC and ASA advertising rules and how a practice runs, alongside your own marketing craft.
It helps, but it isn’t usually required. Skills in paid advertising, design, video or social media transfer directly, and the dental knowledge comes on the job. We teach the GDC and ASA advertising rules internally, because they’re specific to healthcare and rarely covered in general marketing training.
Yes. We work a hybrid model, with one or two office days a month in Manchester. Videography and photography roles involve regular travel to client practices across the UK and Ireland. Other roles mix home and office working, with in-person days for team meetings, shoots and client visits.
Email your CV to contact@thebiggerbrand.co.uk with a short note on why the dental sector interests you. Design, video and social roles should include a portfolio or showreel. The process is an initial call, a paid practical task based on real work, and a meeting with the team. We accept speculative applications all year round.
